Some goodbyes are a little harder than others. π₯Ήβ¨
As our 8th graders prepare to leave STM, they shared a special farewell with their Kindergarten and 2nd Grade prayer partners. Throughout the year, these friendships were built through prayers, activities, and time spent together.
While their time as prayer partners has come to an end, the memories and bonds they created will remain a special part of their STM journey. We know our youngest students will miss their 8th grade buddies and the wonderful example they set! ππ€

Seeing is believing! ππ¦
As our 8th graders prepare for the transition to high school, they participated in an eye-opening impairment simulation led by Officer Sabulsky. Using specialized goggles that mimicked the effects of alcohol, ma*****na, and concussions, students took on a series of physical challenges that demonstrated how impairment can affect coordination, balance, reaction time, and decision-making.
This engaging hands-on experience sparked important conversations about personal responsibility, making safe choices, and understanding the real-life consequences of impairment.
Thank you, Officer Sabulsky, for providing our students with such a memorable and impactful learning experience! πβ¨

Before saying goodbye to STM, the 8th grade class wanted to say thank you to Mr. Roman. β¨
During our final lunch together, we presented him with a special gift to show our appreciation for everything he has done for our school and the students whose lives he has touched over the years.
As we get ready to graduate and Mr. Roman begins his well-deserved retirement, we are reminded that some of the most meaningful lessons come from the people who support us, encourage us, and make us feel at home. Thank you, Mr. Roman, for being one of those people. We will never forget the impact you have made on our STM journey. π
With gratitude and best wishes,
The STM Class of 2026 πβ€οΈ
