COM Graduates--it's been five years since we conducted a graduate survey (!), and the program is currently under review at the College. Hi, my name is Hannah Stott, and I am conducting an anonymous survey on the COVID-19 vaccine for my COMM at Cedar Crest College Senior Capstone project. I would like to gain a better understanding of motivations to become vaccinated or remain unvaccinated against COVID-19. I also would like to determine if this subject causes some tension between the you and your friends and families. Tension may include differences in values, strong beliefs, or assumptions. I would like to understand how you have navigated these experiences (all answers will remain anonymous).

You are free to withdraw at any time, and if you choose to withdraw, you can close out the survey and leave it incomplete. Your decision whether to participate will not affect your current or future relations with Cedar Crest College or with your place of employment. Please know this survey is completely voluntary and anonymous. Your answers will never be shared or connected to you personally in any way. And if you have any questions at any time, please feel free to email me.

Please read the informed consent form in the attached link for more details before agreeing to participate. The entire survey should not take more than 15 minutes. The deadline to complete the survey is Saturday, April 9th.
