This week, we celebrated Assistant Principal Appreciation Week, and I want to take a moment to recognize someone who truly makes a difference in our school every single day—our incredible Assistant Principal, MR. ROLLAND!
His dedication to our students is unmatched. Whether he’s supporting a child through a tough moment, celebrating their successes, or simply taking the time to listen, he leads with heart, patience, and genuine care. He shows up consistently, goes above and beyond without hesitation, and brings a positive energy that lifts our entire school community.
He is the definition of dependable—someone staff and students alike can always count on. His leadership is thoughtful, his work ethic is inspiring, and his commitment to doing what’s best for kids is evident in everything he does.
And of course, we can’t forget his unwavering love for the Philadelphia Eagles 🦅—win or lose, that team spirit shows up just as strong as his school pride!

Due to the weekend storm and the weather-related conditions that remain in its aftermath, our schools will operate on a two-hour delay tomorrow, Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
The weather forecast is calling for below-freezing temperatures tomorrow morning, which increases the likelihood of icy roads, sidewalks, and bus stop areas, especially on secondary roads and in shaded or untreated locations. The two-hour delay will provide additional time for road crews and our Operations Team to address conditions, and for daylight to improve visibility and support safe travel for students, staff, and families.
Our Administration Center and our School Offices will report at 9:00 a.m.
We will continue to monitor conditions overnight and early tomorrow morning. If any adjustments to the schedule are necessary, we will communicate updates promptly through our usual channels.
Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and continued support as the safety of all members of our Learning Community remains our top priority.
➡️ All students should report two hours after their normal start time.
➡️ No breakfast will be served.
➡️ There will be no morning LCTI.
➡️ Bridgeview Academy will open at 10:00 a.m.
➡️ The Administration Center and School Offices open at 9:00 a.m.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to our incredible partner, United Federal Credit Union! 💙
United Federal Credit Union went above and beyond by providing weekly financial literacy lessons for our 5th-grade students, helping them build important money skills that will last a lifetime. In addition, they treated the Mosser staff to a delicious luncheon, which was truly appreciated by everyone.
We are so grateful for your generosity, partnership, and continued support of our students and staff. Thank you, United Federal Credit Union, for making such a positive impact in our school community!

🎃📚 Mosser’s Booktacular & Trunk or Treat was a huge success! Families enjoyed fun stories and festive activities — and not even the rain could stop the fun! 🌧️🎉 We moved the trunk or treat indoors to the auditorium, where students still collected free books and plenty of goodies. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate reading and Halloween with us! 👻📖🍬
