Our first 2025 Alumnae/i Hall of Fame honoree is JoAnn Wilchek Basist '77. 🏛️🌟 JoAnn is a distinguished theatre educator and arts advocate who has dedicated her career to inspiring students across the Lehigh Valley. 🎭 As a Cedar Crest College adjunct professor, she teaches public speaking and has directed numerous productions while going above and beyond typical faculty expectations. Beyond campus, she established drama curricula for local Arts Academies, serves as past president and current board member of Civic Theatre of Allentown, and continues performing professionally. Her exceptional contributions have earned her multiple honors, including two Allentown Arts Ovation Awards and Cedar Crest's Alumnae and Adjunct Teaching Awards. ✨
