Grand Valley's Student Council for Exceptional Children

Grand Valley's Student Council for Exceptional Children Grand Valley's SCEC is an on campus organization that discusses issues pertinent to all future educators.

It is geared toward university students interested in working with children. Although special education may appear to be the primary focus of the National Council for Exceptional Children, we here at Grand Valley have a diverse membership population that includes general education- both elementary and secondary, and special education. Our weekly speakers join us from a variety of places, including GVSU, local school districts, and educational service agencies.
