Last week Wednesday and Thursday we did some buddy day classes!

We had lots of guests and a ton of fun.

It was great to meet everyone and see some parents get on the mats with their students.

We did forget to grab a group photo Wednesday after the 5:30pm class. 😢 It was still a great class.

IT'S BACK!!!🥳

After a couple weeks off, Yogalates is back this Saturday morning at 9am!🎉

Come strengthen and stretch your body with us.

Movement is the best way to keep your body health and movement with a great, supportive group is always more fun than by yourself.

Coming Saturday, Aug 22nd, we're offering a free Yogalates class for the community!

This past weekend Master Bryn tested for his Kukkiwon 2nd Dan Black Belt. This was his brick break.

**DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME**

Master Bryn has been training for over 20 years before attempting this brick. It was also done in a controlled environment with safety measures in place.

Master Bryn is dedicated to improving the quality of martial arts taught here at the school!

Yesterday we spent a couple hours eating snacks and kicking balloons 🎈

Thank you to everyone that came out for a fun time playing school favorite game that works on speed, agility, and fast decision making all while building team work.

We look forward to doing it again in the future!

Saturday mornings we have a great Yogalates class at 9am!

Get your Saturday started alongside great people looking to improve their quality of life through movement.

Yogalates mixes the poses and stretch of yoga with the strength and mobility of pilates.

It's only $10 and at a price like that it's trying out.

We're halfway through the summer! 🏖

This is the perfect time to get your Little Ninja (4-7 year old) ready for their best school year!!

Our program is 45 minutes, 2 times a week lead by Master Bryn. A 5th degree black belt with over 20 years of training and over 15 years of teaching experience. He brings a high energy class that helps kids burn energy while learning respect and discipline along with improved focus and listening.

Kids that train in martial arts have better reports from school and less behavioral issues.

For the next 5 people that book a trial class, your child will get a uniform🥋, school T-shirt👕, and training through the end of August. That's a $150 value that you'll receive for only $80!!
