Two letters in the Notary Business Playbook I think more notaries need to spend some time on: F + R.

F = Fees & Profit
Because being booked does NOT automatically mean you’re making money.

This section walks you through researching your market, understanding what actually goes into your pricing, calculating your time and expenses, and building pricing that makes sense for your business.

R = Reports & Reviews
Because “I feel like business is slow” and “my numbers show business is slow” are two very different conversations.

This section helps you track appointments, revenue by service, expenses, reviews, referrals, and other numbers so you can make decisions based on what your business is actually doing.

🗣 You cannot price for profit if you don’t know your numbers, and you cannot improve what you refuse to track.

That’s why the Notary Business Playbook goes from A to Z. We’re building the BUSINESS behind the commission.

Come with me while I ship out another round of Notary Business Playbooks 📦

And while we’re at it, let me tell you where I think you should start when yours hits the mailbox:

Letter B: Building the Business. The Notary Business Playbook

Because before you start adding every notary service under the sun, buying supplies you may never use, and making Canva flyers at 1:17 a.m., you need to get the actual BUSINESS together.

The Notary Business Playbook A to Z is a full write-in tool, system, and resource designed to help you organize, build, and grow your notary business.

And this is not a book you read once and toss on the shelf.

This is a resource you should be writing in, coming back to, and using for the next 1 to 3 years as your business grows.

Start with B. Build the foundation. Then use the rest of the Playbook to help you prepare for the business U-Haul, because we are not packing light over here. 😂

If you already ordered yours, check your email for that tracking number. Your Playbook may be on the way.

Today we shipped 28 more Notary Business Playbooks. 🥹

And every time one leaves our office, I think about where it's headed.

A kitchen table where someone is finally starting the business they've been talking about for months.

A new notary ready to stop Googling every next step.

A future CEO building something that can change her family's income.

The Notary Business Playbook is not just another book you'll read once and put on a shelf.

It's a write-in business manual designed to help you build your notary business from A to Z.

Step by step. Page by page.

Inside, you'll work through:
• Building your business foundation
• Branding and marketing
• Finding clients
• Setting goals
• Creating systems
• Growing with confidence

It's the blueprint I wish every new notary had on day one.

To the 28 future Notary CEOs whose Playbooks are on the way, I cannot wait to see what you build.
