As the warm breeze of summer approaches, we can't help but share our overflowing excitement with you! We are thrilled to announce the launch of our highly anticipated Summer of Giveaways! This season brings a wonderful opportunity to embrace the world of music without the academic pressures and daily stresses. It's truly a time to let your creativity soar!

We are absolutely delighted to inform you that, throughout this summer, we will be hosting multiple instrument giveaways. Make sure to keep an eye out for further details on how to participate and increase your chances of winning! It's an incredible chance you won't want to miss.

Mark your calendars for our annual MBMS Summer Bash on Saturday, August 12th! This event promises an absolute blast, offering a platform for our talented students to showcase their hard work and progress from their lessons over the summer. Prepare to indulge in free food, refreshing beverages, lawn games and, of course, even more exciting giveaways!

We have some exciting new services and programs at MBMS that we would love to share with you!

One of our new services is instrument repair and servicing. We can adjust and fix many issue you have with any number of stringed instruments.

Randall Groves (one of our guitar instructors at MBMS Allen) is serving as our luthier. Randall has years of experience as a luthier working with many different types of instruments including: guitars (both electric 🎸 and acoustic), bass guitars, violins 🎻 violas, mandolins, ukuleles and more.

If you have an instrument that needs some attention, give us a call at MBMS Allen and we can supply the needed TLC your instrument needs!

Happy Friday! We have a great long weekend ahead of us and we wanted to remind everyone that we will be closed on Monday, September 5th in observance of Labor Day. Have fun, stay safe, and we look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, September 6th when lessons resume.

What a fun evening we had at our MBMS Summer Bash at the Art Centre of Plano! We heard many great performances by our amazing students, and had some exciting giveaways of music instruments and lesson packages!

Musical Theater Program

Instead of performing Legally Blonde this spring, we will be putting on a Musical Theatre R***e!

A r***e is a collection of different songs from different musicals. There will be group numbers, solos, duets, trios, and small group performances.
Below are the group numbers that will be performed for our MBMS Musical R***e:
- "You can't stop the beat" from Hairspray
- "Be our guest" from Beauty and the Beast
- "Bend and snap" from Legally Blonde

Cost: $389 (Includes 8 rehearsals which will begin March 12th)
Rehearsals will still be every Saturday from 1-4pm (first 4 rehearsals will take place at our Plano studio, and the last 4 will take place at DV8 theatre in Plano)
Solo, duet, and small group auditions will be held on Saturday, March 19th.

The performance will keep the same date and location: May 7th at the Cox Playhouse Theatre!

Musical Theater Program We’re excited to be offering a Musical Review this spring at MBMS! A musical r***e is a collection of varying songs from different musicals.

Our top priority during this time is the safety of our students and staff. We look forward to resuming lessons as usual and serving you well once we get through this winter weather.

Join us for a fun-filled evening of free food, family fun, great music and exciting giveaways!! Our end-of-summer celebration, Burkapalooza, will be held on August 14th from 5pm - 8pm at the Art Centre of Plano in downtown Plano.

All you have to bring is your appetite and desire to hear some amazing music by students of MBMS! Seating and lawn games will be provided but feel free to bring your favorite games and lawn chairs if you would like.

This is a completely free event, however for us to plan accordingly, we do need you to register.
