Congratulations to Vaughan's 2024-2025 Teacher of the Year, Shannon Pyle!

Shannon is over the top in every category. She strives to be fun and keep kids engaged. She is always positive and has the best attitude. She exemplifies doing whatever it takes to reach the kids. For example, she develops strong, meaningful relationships with families that strengthen the partnerships resulting in student success. Students are actively learning in her classroom with many engaging, creative activities she provides. Shannon makes learning come alive!

Shannon's excitement and enthusiasm for her job shines in all that she does. She is a positive light in our building! She is always thinking of fun ways to engage her students and keep them excited about coming to school. Shannon has a genuine commitment to be sure that she meets the individual needs of all of her students. She is a team player and always shares fun ideas with others. We wish that we were a student in her room!

Vikings join us tomorrow night for Vaughan's PTA STEAM night, Dec 2nd, where the Perot comes to our school!
Bring the whole family and come explore awesome science with us including an exhibit provided by Ereckson Middle Schools Robotics team.

Registration for the Allen Eagle Run has officially opened! The early bird registration fee is $25 per person if you register by Feb. 14th!
