Hey DFW friends, the Culinary Competition Team at Allen High School is raising funds to go to the State competition in Corpus Christi. I am teaching an interactive pizza class and dinner. We will learn about and make dough, sauce and cheese. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to make your own pizza and enjoy sides and desserts made by our culinary team. These kids range in age 14-18. Please support our team, and get some great pizza in the process.

Our SkillsUSA chapter competed at Districts at Dallas College 2 weeks ago. Our Culinary Quiz Bowl team won First place and Kylie Aftomis won First place for the skilled culinary event! They will advance to compete at State in Corpus Christi beginning of April!
