Today. Butler University in Indianapolis. My mom and my granddaughter, Ava Roemer. From a little girl who grew up attending a “one-room school house,” in the hills of Kentucky, to now, helping to (personally) move in her 9th child/grandchild/great-grandchild into a college dorm. If you’ve ever done it you know it’s not for the faint of heart! 😂 Mom will be 86 next week, and she never ever stops growing, striving, and encouraging all of us to shoot for the stars.
