Save the Date! Rogers’ 25th and final Story Book Ball! Rogers will be closing its doors at the end of this school year. Kindergarten and First Grade classes will be joining Second and Third Grades at Allendale Elementary for the 2025-26 school year. Fourth and Fifth graders will move to Said Elementary.

Rogers’ students are invited to come dressed up as their favorite characters. Alumni and past Rogers Families are welcome to come and stop by! There will be food, games, activities and more!

Rogers Early Elementary School kicked off March is Reading Month with a Bingo for Books Night!

We were thrilled to welcome several families and give out over 150 books to our students and their families. Our goal was to spark excitement for reading and provide new books for students to take home—and we’re so grateful for the wonderful turnout! Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating the joy of reading!

Join us for the 6th Annual Interfaith Iftar Dinner, hosted by MelNAP Schools, as we come together to celebrate community, understanding, and connection.

Events like these are vital in fostering collaboration between our schools and stakeholders while building friendships that break down barriers. We look forward to an evening of unity and shared traditions!

The Melvindale Junior Football Club is looking for players for the fall season!

There are openings for Cheer ages 5 to 13 and Football ages 7 to13. It's $125 for the season and they offer payment plans. You may reach out to the Melvindale Junior Football club with any questions.

Hello!

The first day of school is August 26th and is a half day. Students at Rogers will be dismissed at 11:40.

You can still register your child for kindergarten now at our Central Office or at our school starting August 12th.

Welcome packets will be mailed to all registered students on August 16th.
