Why read at home!?!

📖 Elementary book check out has begun! 📚
Your child should have brought home their new library books and a letter similar to the one pictured. Books are due back weekly on your child's Media Literature special day.

3rd-5th graders have been hard at work the past few weeks learning and playing different game types, designing games, and now creating their designs!
Depending on the class, we are in various stages--just beginning, midway through, and last week! Next up, groups will be presenting their games to their classes and teaching classmates how to play.

Arno Elementary continues their March is Reading Month celebrations! Look at all these book characters that came to the library today!!

Thank you for allowing the Media Center to utilize Scholastic Dollars to purchase books and STEM activities. 2nd-5th graders were welcomed into the Starbooks Cafe for a book tasting of all the new books. There were so many new books placed on hold by the students! Y5s-1st graders got a chance to build with the new Picasso Tiles and Plus Plus Blocks. All of it was a HUGE hit!! Thank you so much for your generosity and support! 🤍🐾💚

Our kindergarten and first-grade students shared the story of Pumpkin Jack and created one of their own🎃. We are so excited to observe Jack throughout the year and his journey through the pumpkin life cycle. Stay tuned🔎.

📆 Introducing our Rev’d Up for Reading Calendar! For every book you read, earn $1 of Arcade Play. That’s right, read a book each day and you could score a $31 Arcade Play Card! Plus, the school with the most calendars submitted wins a special prize!

📝 To get your hands on the calendar, simply fill out the form in the link below. Whether you’re a student, teacher, or homeschooler, there’s fun to be had for everyone!

🎮 Remember, it’s one calendar per student, and one book per day. Calendars are to be turned in at the service center during April.
