Parents I understand making sure your child gets the services he or she deserves in school can be overwhelming, especially when dealing with special educational services. Let me be a resource for you. If you have any questions or needing guidance please message TZS. Advocating for students is a priority. To often I met with parents who knew very little about the special education program and what is offered. Schools have to worry about budget costs and may make decisions based on the money rather what is best for your child. Don't let them! Educate yourself and fight for your child's rights, don't wait and message me how I can help.

Every day is an opportunity for growth. With so many wrapped up in everyday occurrences it is easy to forget that we need to take care and work on our own personal growth. Success doesn’t happen overnight. It happens with change over time. Setting daily short term reachable goals will help you towards the right path. So many of us have end goals but no actual plan how to achieve the end goal. “I am just going to quit everything bad at once.” often leads the person back to where they started. This was me. I battled weight a big part of my life and still do. I’d be lying if I didn’t say I ate way too many slices of pizza just yesterday. I hovered around +260 lbs years back and can’t believe it looking at old pictures. It wasn’t just my body that was being broken but also mentally and spiritually I was not doing well. I realize that mind, body and spirit all work together as one. Improvement in one area will make it easier for growth in the other. As an educator I have personal experience watching students work on self improvement in these three areas and have made greater strides in growth than anything I could of taught them. My goal is to help empower people and have them realize they are the key to their happiness.

To get this started I will share my three short term goals for the day

Mind: Spend time on my business and work on how I can improve it.
Body: Run 3 miles and (no pizza!)
Soul: Tell three people that I love them or appreciate them.
