The $1,000 match challenge for the Craig Paullet Making a Difference Scholarship Fund has been fully met!! Thank you to everyone who contributed to support academic materials and resources for CIS students.

While the match goal is complete, RMU Day of Giving continues. The university is currently at 73% of its 1,126 donor goal. Every additional contribution helps close that gap and funds critical student initiatives across campus.

Students in TSC are currently in Belgium for a study abroad. Today, they’ve stopped by CyberSec Europe to learn about tech and policies in Europe versus the U.S.

“Despite living with a rare immune deficiency and enduring frequent hospitalizations, Craig Paullet remained committed to helping others whenever he could. ‘While he was sick and could barely take care of himself, one of his employees had their house burn down—and he went out and still helped them,’ Karen Paullet recalls. ‘When he died, I started the fund, figuring that’s a way for him to keep giving.’”

The Craig Paullet Make a Difference Scholarship Fund, named after our advisor’s late brother, is the only CIS scholarship at RMU to assist those who need help toward their tuition. On the 11th anniversary of his passing, we would like to share the story of the scholarship and who Craig was, shared by Dr. Paullet. If you would like to donate as well, click the link below or in our bio. Thank you to everyone that donated!

On Friday, we held our annual TSC Tailgate at the Pirates game for current members and alumni. While cold and rainy to start, members and alumni enjoyed the celebration of another successful academic year with food, fun, and the Pirates finally winning (by a large margin, too).

As per tradition, current members got together to donate for the Craig Paullet Make a Difference Scholarship Fund. Named after our advisor’s late brother, it is the only CIS scholarship at RMU to help those who need help towards their tuition. $915 was donated by students this year. If you would like to donate as well, click the link below or in our bio. Thank you to everyone that donated!

Thank you, Joel, for stopping by - we enjoyed the tips, advice, and a peak into your career.
