Well, that’s a wrap folks! We gave our last 4 kiddos their farewell backpacks. 🥹After 25+ years, Playpen Pals is closing our doors. It seems as though we just started!! I can truly and honestly say, we have had THE BEST families and kiddos! Over ALL 25 years, our families have been helpful, kind, appreciative and flexible. From the bottom of our hearts- it has been a great privilege to play with, sing to, witness firsts, teach and love your children. We will surely miss greeting sweet, smiling faces in the mornings! 🥲
On a personal note- I am forever grateful to Trisha & Tom for providing me the opportunity of a career I thoroughly enjoyed and more importantly the opportunity to be with all three of my boys in their earliest years- every day!
Plus, who had it better than me?! Operating a business & hanging with my best friend since childhood- nearly every day?!!
Also, who would want, for 25 years, to welcome families into your home almost EVERY DAY?! Not to mention state licensors, safety inspectors and nutrition personnel whenever they would randomly knock on the door. It’s just a testament to the kind of people Tom & Trisha are!
