💛 A Little Update from The Studio: Learning Space

This past year has been such a sweet, busy, and meaningful chapter for us, and we truly cannot thank you enough for being part of it. From classes and events to friendships, laughter, learning, and memories made, your support has meant more to us than you know.

As we shared in our announcement, we are entering a season of pivoting. We’ll be closing our doors at our current location at the end of August while we take some time to focus on our families, reassess our needs, and search for a space that better serves the families in our community.

This isn’t goodbye—it’s simply a “see you somewhere new.” ❤️ We’re excited to continue bringing some of our favorite enrichment opportunities and community events to local spaces while we prayerfully figure out what comes next.

Thank you for loving The Studio, supporting our little business, showing up for our classes, encouraging us, and cheering us on through this transition. We are so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

We have TWO fun classes happening this Tuesday!

📚 Teddy Bear Story Time | 8:00–8:45 AM | $10
This week we’re reading Dragons Love Tacos!
🐉🌮 Bring your favorite teddy bear or stuffie and join us for story time, sensory play, and a fun craft inspired by the book!

🎵 Music Makers | 9:00–9:45 AM | $10
Come make some music, build confidence, and have FUN with Ms. Hannah! 🥁🎸🎶

💗 Planning to join us? Please let us know ahead of time so we can have plenty of materials prepared for everyone!

I think I have my best ideas when I’m sleeping 😂

I woke up and realized this fair art day would make so much more sense as mini classes instead of one long session!

So I’ve changed things up a bit! 🎨 Each class is 45 minutes and only $10 per child, and kids can sign up for one class or several. They’ll leave each session with a finished project that fits a Fentress County Fair art category.

Join us for a morning of stories, music, and creativity!

🧸 Tuesday | 8:00–9:00 AM
Teddy Bear Story Time with Hannah – Bring your favorite teddy bear or stuffed friend for a cozy story time and fun activities. $10

🎶 Tuesday | 9:15–10:00 AM
Music Makers with Ms. Hannah – Sing, move, play instruments, and build confidence through music! $10

🍎 Thursday | 4:00–4:45 PM
Back to School Cookie Decorating Class with Mrs. McP – Decorate delicious cookies and celebrate the start of a new school year! $10

✨ Please let us know if you plan to attend one (or more!) of these classes next week so we can prepare enough materials for everyone.

Tomorrow (Thursday) from 1:30–2:30, join us at The Studio for a collaboration with Mad Dash Coffee for our Mom & Tot Coffee & Play!

We’ve teamed up with our friends at Mad Dash to create a relaxing hour just for moms. While you enjoy a specialty coffee, your little one (18 months–4 years) will have fun with age-appropriate activities designed by an experienced educator.

$20 per family includes:
☕ One specialty coffee from Mad Dash
🧸 Engaging play activities for your child
💛 A chance to connect with other moms while your little one is happily occupied

There’s something for every age this month! From High School Literature and Geometry classes to ACT Prep, little ones can enjoy Mom & Tot Coffee & Story Time, Teddy Bear Story Time, and Music Makers. Kids can also get creative with our Back-to-School Cookie Decorating Class, Make & Take Fair Art Class, and our exciting School’s Out Day Camp. It begins when stories come to life through paint, play, movement, and imagination.

That’s exactly what Getting Ready to Read: Book Play for Preschoolers is all about.

Each week, we’ll dive into a favorite children’s book and build an entire hour of hands-on learning around it. We’ll create, explore, strengthen fine motor skills, grow vocabulary, practice early literacy skills, and most importantly…
