What does leadership have to do with movement and music? The answer is everything.
Dr. Ama Wray, Professor at the University of California, Irvine, joined us to introduce our grad students and the Soka community to the Embodiology practice by exploring how movement, breath, and rhythm shape the way we connect and lead.
