The PA State Officers are celebrating the Pennsylvania honor of being the state with the highest safe driving average in the Safe Roads Challenge.
The Officers had an engaging conversation with the Safe Roads Challenge Representative. Making connections and partnerships is an important task that our FCCLA chapters undertake.

Hi Pennsylvania! My name is Chris Nguyen and I currently serve as the VP of Meetings. I have been in FCCLA for 3 years, and I chose to become a State Officer to further develop my leadership and public speaking skills and to step outside my comfort zone. My favorite animals are birds of any kind, and, if I had a theme song, it would be "Unwritten" by Natasha Bedingfield.

Being a Region Officer opened so many new opportunities and experiences that I am eternally grateful for! At the Regional Leadership Meeting, I was able to work on my public speaking skills, which helped me on my journey to apply for the State Executive Council.
