Fair clean up day (swine) Oct. 12, 2019. This is a Priority. Pens will be assigned on a first come first clean process. No pen will be assigned prior to 8 am on Oct. 12. Exhibitors must attend.

Fair is fast approaching. Please remember that Fair clean up will be Oct. 12, 8am (swine) and Oct. 19, 8 am (all other species).

This is a PRIORITY.

Pens will be assigned to EXHIBITORS, on a first come first clean basis, on the morning of and not anytime sooner

Entry fee night tonight Sept. 4, 2019 from 4:30-7:30. tonight will be the absolutely last day to enter the JWC Fair.

FFA shirt orders will also be collected.

Please take advantage of the upcoming long weekend to take and pass the quality counts test. The test can be accessed through our website. www.aliceffa.ffanow.org. Failure to pass this test will prevent you from showing in the Jim Wells Fair. This is a Fair association rule.

We will be taking entry fees on Tuesday from 4:30-7:30 and again on Wednesday from 4:30-7:30. No late entries, no exceptions. $10.00 per entry and $20.00 ticket per exhibitor.

Do not confuse Jr. FFA membership dues with JWC Fair entry.

I want to thank all those who have taken and passed quality counts. We still have several exhibitors that have not taken, please take care of this. Deadline is sept. 1.

Entry fee night for Jim Wells County Fair, Sept. 3 and 4, from 4:30 to 7:30. Must pass Quality Counts to enter. $10 per entry plus $20 JWC Membership ticket per exhibitor.

These two days are the ONLY days we will be taking entry fees.

We have 16 exhibitors and only 11 days to complete the Quality Counts. Please take care of this before the deadline of Sept. 1.

Entry fee night will be Sept 3 and 4 from 4:30-7:00pm in the ag room. Entries are $10.00 per animal entered plus the $20.00 JWC Membership (ticket). Please have exact change. We will not have change on hand.

New exhibitors please have SSN.
