📚 PARENT OPEN HOUSE NIGHT 🦅

Heineman Middle School families, we’re excited to welcome you to our Parent Open House Night!

This evening is designed specifically for parents to learn more about what to expect during the upcoming school year. Parents will report to their student’s pod, where pod teachers will share important information about curriculum, classroom expectations, and the year ahead.

📅 Monday, August 17
⏰ Two Sessions:
• 5:00–6:00 PM: Last names A–L
• 6:00–7:00 PM: Last names M–Z

To help keep crowds manageable, we ask families to attend the session assigned to their last name.

Here are some key dates to remember for Back to School 2026 for Heineman Middle School students and families:

⭐August 11 and 12: 6th Grade Jump Start from 8:30-11:30 AM (It is recommended to attend BOTH days.)
⭐August 13: Schedule Pick Up/Locker Set Up from 9 AM-11:30 AM and 4:30-7 PM
⭐August 14: Schedule Pick Up/Locker Set Up from 9 AM-12 PM
⭐August 17: Open House from 5-7 PM
⭐August 19: First Day of School! 7:30 AM- 2:25 PM (Doors open at 6:45 AM)

🦅🏅 Congratulations to our Hawk State Track & Field athletes on an incredible weekend at the State Meet! Competing among 3,600 athletes from across the state is an amazing accomplishment, and our Hawks truly made their mark! 💙💛

We want to thank Lisa Franklin for the incredible support, care, and dedication she brings to our students each and every day.

Lisa works tirelessly to help students find their voices, build confidence, and strengthen their communication skills. Her patience, compassion, and expertise make a lasting impact on the lives of so many students and families in our school community.
