Dear College Community,

Today the executive leadership team had the opportunity to recognize and thank the dedicated HR professionals who support our faculty and staff and help make Alfred State a welcoming and supportive workplace (HR Professional Day is Sept. 26).

Our Human Resources team plays an essential role in nearly every aspect of the employee experience. From welcoming new colleagues and supporting professional growth to providing guidance, managing benefits, and helping employees navigate important moments in their careers, their work touches every corner of our campus.

They are often the first people new employees meet and a trusted resource throughout their careers. Their knowledge, compassion, and commitment to helping others create an environment where our faculty and staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

At Alfred State, we know that when we invest in our people, we strengthen our entire institution. Our HR professionals help us build a workplace where individuals can grow, teams can thrive, and everyone can contribute to our shared mission of providing an exceptional educational experience for our students.
