What a way to kick off summer☀️ Thank you to everyone who came out to the Blacktop Bash! We certainly lucked out with the weather, and it was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the evening together.

A huge thank-you to our incredible Hayfield Elementary PTA volunteers who worked hard to make this event such a success, and to the Hayfield Elementary School staff members who were good sports enough to be dunked in the dunk tank and take pies to the face!

We'd also like to extend our gratitude to the Franconia Volunteer Fire Department for filling the dunk tank and to the Fairfax County Park Authority for providing the Fairfax County 250 grant that helped make this event possible.

This event truly showcased the power of community, and most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast! 💙🧡

We’re looking for candidates for PTA Treasurer for the upcoming school year! This is a great opportunity to support our students, teachers, and school community while helping manage the PTA’s finances.

What the role involves:
• Tracking income and expenses
• Managing the PTA budget and bank account
• Preparing simple financial reports
• Working with other PTA board members to support school events and programs

Training and support will be provided! Your time and talents can make a real impact on our school community.

Purple Up! Day was one to remember! The day kicked off with an amazing Field Day, presented by Hayfield Elementary School and the Hayfield Secondary School JROTC—so much energy, teamwork, and fun.
We wrapped it all up the best way possible… with Pizza Night 🍕 and great company!
