Job Description: Spanish Speaking Logistics Coordinator
· Manage logistics between customers in both US and Mexico to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.

· Must communicate fluently between US and Mexican shippers, receivers, customs, and brokers via phone, email, and text.

· Select BCO's or Landstar approved carriers for transportation of customer products, negotiate rates, track shipments, and respond to and resolve complaints and/or problems.

· Keep up to date on routes, fuel surcharges, and rates including any changes to them.

· Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels

· Make special shipping arrangements as necessary

· Track and fix shipping errors

· Prepare freight bills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,200.00 - $50,000.00 per year*

*Rate of pay depends on experience
*There will be a training period and post training evaluation to determine hourly rate of pay
