I found this video with picky eating tips for typically developing children (not for use with children who have a medical diagnosis such as diabetes or a diagnosed eating disorder). It closely mirrors much of the training I did a few years ago, and reminds me that eating can be pressure free but structured. As the youngest of 5, I can attest that we all ate what was served and none of us “needed” Mac and cheese or any other separately prepared meal to survive. When I became pescatarian around age 8 or 9, there were adjustments to provide some protein but I did not receive a separate meal.
