Friday morning, our school community gathered for a special breakfast to celebrate our incredible students who achieved Mastery and Advanced performance levels on the LEAP test! We are so proud of your dedication, hard work, and commitment to academic excellence. Keep reaching for the stars!

A huge, heartfelt thank you to Pastor Sam West and the Main Street Baptist Church and Mission for generously sponsoring and serving such a delicious breakfast spread. Your continuous support of our students and school family means the world to us!

Our school is getting ready for a spooktacular Trunk-or-Treat celebration, and we need your help! Please donate individually wrapped candy to make this fun event extra sweet and memorable for our students. 👻🍭

Every candy donation earns your child a FREE DRESS during the WEEK of Thanksgiving ! 🦃👕🎉

DF Elementary – Together Tuesday & Read Together!

Join us at DF Elementary for Together Tuesday on Tuesday, September 29th!
We’re inviting parents, guardians, and community partners to stay a few extra minutes, if attending during arrival time, and Read to a Class as part of our Read Together initiative! Teachers work hard every day to build strong literacy skills, but seeing community partners step up and share a book shows our students just how much reading is valued outside the classroom.

Here are two options for times to join:
• Arrival: 8:45 AM
• Dismissal: 3:15 PM

Simply sign in when you arrive on Tuesday morning, and we’ll take care of the rest!
