LSUA Children’s Center cares for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. We are a learning center. Family involvement is very important to us!

LSUA Division of Enrollment and Student Engagement surprised me with a cookie cake yesterday to celebrate winning 2027 Louisiana’s Early Childhood Leader of the Year.

I was told I had to take a picture with it, so there it is. 🤪 But those who really steal the show are the students and staff I am blessed to work with. What better way is there to celebrate other than sharing a yummy treat with the people who fill the center with love, dedication, and passion. 🥰

(Though honestly, there’s no way I could have walked into this center with a cookie cake without every person in this building immediately sniffing it out. The love of snacks is a center-wide trait. 🧁)

In all seriousness, LSUA Children's Center is special. We value connectedness, community, and continually strive to provide an exceptional program. I am blessed with the ability to lead this center and to have the opportunity to love the students, staff, and families that walk through here. 💜💛
