Great group of ladies in class tonight! 💗 Connections were made, fun was had, joy was felt. Feeling such clarity around my purpose in yoga. Grateful to have a safe space to teach and share my passion. ✨

Gorgeous grassy area to roll out your mat for a gentle flow. Or bring your kids to yoga at 10:15 so you can shop!

August newsletter was sent out this morning! So many good things happening this month. We’re squeezing out the last drops of summer in my house, and I am teaching classes as much as I can fit in. Class offerings at Studio She Collective | Women’s Wellness | Alexandria, MN (KIDS yoga,too!) community, pop-up classes at The Eastside Market in Wheaton, and subbing for the fabulous Jen Yoga Borealis for yoga on the deck at Carlos Creek Winery!

Super excited to bring back yoga to Eastside Market in Wheaton this August! This year we are offering 2️⃣ opportunities to practice. At 9:00 we are offering a beginner-friendly gentle flow. Then at 10:15 the kids will get a chance to practice and play!
