We are excited to announce our 10-Week Winter Training Program!

When: November 2nd - January 30th. (December 21st – January 10th will be off weeks.)

What: 3 lessons per week for 10 weeks. We will focus on throwing velocity development, arm care, recovery, mechanics, strength, power and more - both at the plate and on the mound.

Where: Up Next Baseball LLC

Booking is open now, and will close November 1st, 2020 at 9:00PM! Save more than 10% on 30 lessons this winter by taking advantage of this package!

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with the Mizuno Outlaws youth travel baseball organization! Go check out their program at OutlawsBaseball.com. We will be holding tryouts for the next two weeks at the Up Next Baseball facility here in Alexandria for the brand new Alexandria Mizuno Outlaw 10u and 11u teams we are putting together.

Dear Parents,

We hope you and your families are staying safe and healthy during this global pandemic.

During this unprecedented time, we understand you have been asked to wear many hats: parent, chef, educator, and entertainer.

By now, we know you might be running out of ideas to keep your children occupied and having fun, so we thought we’d lend a hand.

Beginning shortly, we will be posting instructional videos both here and on our website that demonstrate how to do each activity that your children can do from home.

Even with the season canceled, we aim to keep the love for the game of baseball alive and children active. We hope to resume our regular lessons in the summertime, but understand that your health, and that of the community, is of utmost importance in these trying times.

Up Next Baseball is gearing up for Summer 2019! We are getting the ball rolling again and we couldn’t be more excited to open back up for business. Below will be our tentative dates for this summer:

Days Available this Season: June 4th - August 1st

Since we closed down for our studies at University last summer, we have been quietly working and gearing up for the next season of Up Next Baseball, and we have some very exciting plans for our athletes this summer! Thanks to many of you supporting us this past summer, Up Next Baseball has been able to continue to grow, allowing us to help out more young athletes see better results on the field, enjoy the game of baseball, and most importantly put a smile on their face. Due to an increase in expected athletes this summer, we would like to start scheduling athletes ahead of time for specific time slots and days each week. We will still be flexible and continue to work around your schedules.

We would also like to notify you that we

Now that classes at University are finishing up, Up Next Baseball communications are officially back for the season, so feel free to
