The Upper Iowa Center in Alexandria, LA, opened in 2006, relocating from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
The center is located in the Learning Center for Rapides Parish and is part of a consortium of 11 colleges and universities to provide for the educational goals and career development of the citizens of Central Louisiana. The center offers seven majors and three minors on site. Additionally, it can offer courses that when blended with our distance learning programs can lead to a degree in 12 other
