What if family engagement isn’t just “nice to have”--but one of the strongest predictors of student success?
Join National Association for Family, School, and Community Engagement and Learning Heroes for a powerful conversation on new findings from the Family Engagement Impact Study, which analyzed 4,000 schools nationwide and found that stronger family engagement was linked to better attendance, lower chronic absenteeism, and stronger academic outcomes — even after accounting for poverty and community factors.
In fact, family engagement had a greater impact on chronic absenteeism than poverty.
Hear directly from experts from Learning Heroes and a principal-teacher team about what bright spot schools are doing differently, and how meaningful family partnership can become part of everyday teaching and leadership.
