We were happy to connect with nearly 100 students and their families on Tuesday night to celebrate and share the artwork of ACPS student winners in this year's PTA Reflections contest. Before digging into our special Reflections-themed cupcakes from MB Bakery (thank you!), Delegate Kirk McPike and ACPS Chief Financial Officer Dominic Turner joined us to recognize these young artists. Many thanks to them, as well as our art teachers and Reflections chairs for making this year's citywide contest and celebration a success. Four of these artists were recognized at the state level and Callie Coyne advanced to the national competition and WON! See their artwork here: https://www.alexvaptac.org/reflections-winners-25-26

This spring, The ACHS Theater Department is presenting Anastasia: The Musical. A show about discovering who you are and defining who you're meant to be. Anastasia: The Musical transports us from the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s, as a brave young woman sets out to discover the mystery of her past. Pursued by a ruthless Soviet officer determined to silence her, Anya enlists the aid of a dashing conman and a lovable ex-aristocrat. Together, they embark on an epic adventure to help her find home, love, and family. Book by Terrence McNally, Music by Stephen Flaherty, Lyrics by Lynn Ahrens.
