▪️Big senior szn coming up so I just wanna make sure all my athletes TTG!!! Crossover steps forward and back on the ladder to work on lateral quickness and great feet .

▪️Volleyball players must jump and be good at it so what do we do WE JUMP.

▪️Working on broad jumps to a vertical jump to perfect the take off and landing mechanics . Off season is when the grind kicks up don’t get left behind come get this work !!!
