Khun Kao Muay Thai Gym
"KhunKao" is the nickname of MuayThai Coach Brooks C. Miller. "KhunKao" means "King of Knees" in Thai. Khun Kao Muay Thai Gym offers semi-private training.
He earned this nickname in the ring due to his devastating use of clinched knee strikes. While the primary focus is "traditional" Muay Thai, our training includes Boxing and Kickboxing, as well as some MMA concepts. Due to limitations in space & equipment, our training focuses primarily on technique & strategy rather than conditioning or sparring. A little about me:
