Last night, our campus was filled with smiles, excitement, and plenty of Tiger pride as our families joined us for Meet & Greet! It was so much fun welcoming our ACDS families back to campus and giving everyone a chance to meet teachers, reconnect with friends, and get ready for another incredible year.

After a wonderful evening together, we’re officially ready for the best part…

TIGER SPIRIT IS READY TO ROAR!

Our ACDS Cheerleaders wrapped up an amazing cheer camp, and they are ready to bring the spirit, energy, and Tiger pride to the 2026–27 school year! 💙💛

From learning new cheers and building their skills to strengthening teamwork and confidence, our cheerleaders are ready to lead the way in bringing our ACDS community together and cheering on our Tigers all year long!

We can’t wait to see them on the sidelines, in the stands, and throughout campus spreading BIG TIGER SPIRIT!

What a beautiful way to begin the 2026–2027 school year!

Yesterday was filled with excitement as we welcomed our 5th graders for Step Up and our Preschool families for Orientation! From new beginnings to new adventures, we loved seeing our students and families back on campus and getting ready for an incredible year ahead.

We continued that excitement with our Prayer & Hope Walk, gathering as a community to walk our campus, pray over our students, faculty, staff, and families for the school year.

We are grateful for the opportunity to begin another year together and can't wait to see our campus filled with the energy, laughter, learning, and joy of our Tigers!

We had such a great day of learning at ACDS! 💙💛

A huge thank you to Tara Carbo and Emma Moreau from Speech Buds for spending time with our staff and providing such a helpful workshop on Speech and Occupational Therapy. We learned so much!

Also, thank you to Lauren Guillory from Thrive Therapy for coming and speaking with our staff. We truly appreciate you sharing your knowledge and expertise with us!

And a big thank you to Rafael Romero and Dr. Grant Clary from the College of Business at LSUA for teaching us all about AI Prompting and how we can use it in our work.

At ACDS, we love partnering with members of our community who are willing to share their knowledge and expertise. These partnerships help us grow as educators and ultimately allow us to better serve our students.
