Last week, TESOL proudly welcomed association leaders from 25 countries to the TESOL International Association office for an inspiring Leadership Training Workshop focused on advancing and elevating English language teaching associations worldwide. Participants engaged in dynamic discussions on leadership and mentoring, organizational and membership management, communications and branding, partnership building, and program development strategies designed to help their associations grow and thrive. Throughout the workshop, leaders exchanged ideas, shared innovative strategies, and built meaningful global connections that will continue to strengthen collaboration across the English language teaching community.

The workshop was part of the Strengthening Teachers Associations for International English Language Professionals Exchange Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Office of English Language Programs, and administered by FHI 360.

Time is running out to apply! We are seeking a series editor for an upcoming book series from TESOL Press about workplace English. As series editor, you'll shape the overall vision of the series and work with subsequent volume authors. Additionally, as the series editor, you will author the first book in this series, titled Foundational Workplace English.
