Today was our Free Women’s Martial Arts Class and these ladies did GREAT! It’s so much fun to see ladies in the Alexandria community experience 💡 lightbulb moments when they understand the body dynamics used in Aikido. These ladies learned locks and controls from several different grabs, and they had fun learning together.
