This semester, we proudly celebrate a record number of SFEPD Student Ambassadors graduating from colleges and universities across the country.

Out of over 200 SFEPD Student Ambassadors nationwide, these exceptional student leaders rose to the top of the Spring 2026 challenge leaderboard through outstanding performance, dedication, and determination.
In an exciting finish, Tanatswa Shaun Mujumi of Grambling State University and Najee Simpson of Benedict College tied for first place, showcasing remarkable skill and fierce competition. Quintaya Lockhart of Bennett College earned an impressive third-place finish, rounding out a truly inspiring group of high achievers.

In recognition of Financial Literacy Month, the Wells Fargo Foundation partnered again with the Society for Financial Education and Professional Development (SFEPD) to deliver financial education to students at:
-Alexandria City High School (Alexandria, VA)
-Columbia Heights Education Campus (Washington, DC)
-Ida B. Wells Middle School (Washington, DC)
-Mount Vernon High School (Alexandria, VA)
-Prince George's Community College (Largo, MD)
Wells Fargo volunteers led Hands on Banking sessions, helping students develop skills in budgeting, smart shopping, and making informed financial choices. The program also introduced students to SFEPD and its Student Ambassador Programs at Bowie State University, Howard University, and Morgan State University, and offered guidance on financial preparation for college.
