We traveled Around the World again with Caprese Salad 🇮🇹, Hummus 🇪🇬, Thai peanut noodles 🇹🇭, and Greek yogurt parfaits 🇬🇷. What a day!

Welcome Our Summer Intern!

Rapides Parish Extension is excited to welcome Hannah Blocker as our Summer Intern!

Hannah is a junior at Louisiana Tech University, where she is majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics. Originally from Pineville, Louisiana, she brings a strong commitment for helping others and improving community health.

Hannah plans to continue her education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Nutrition and completing a Dietetic Internship to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).

This summer, she is especially excited to explore the connection between agriculture and nutrition, and how those ties can strengthen community well-being. She also has a passion for community education and is eager to gain hands-on experience serving individuals and families in our area.

Join us in giving Hannah a warm welcome—we are thrilled to have her on our team this summer! 🌱🥕💚
