💥 SCHOOL RECORDS BROKEN! 💥

Congratulations to Sydney Wanamaker, Liam Riedy, Henry Krebs for setting a new school records in the 1 mile at the Elizabeth Seton Last Chance Meet this Saturday in preparation for Adidas Outdoor Nationals.

Sydney broke the school record in the full mile and finished 1st overall - new time 5:21.63

Liam broke the school record in the full mile only for Henry to break it again in the next race and finish 2nd overall - new time 4:25.15

Ethan Afolabi also won the MS 100m and came in second in the MS 200m.

Congratulations to two outstanding Saints coaches on earning prestigious Coach of the Year honors!

Coach Kinde Taye was named VISAA Division I Boys Tennis Coach of the Year and selected by his fellow Saints coaches as the Saints Coach of the Year. His leadership helped guide the boys tennis team to the program’s first-ever #1 VISAA ranking and the girls team to an ISL A Division Co-Championship. His positivity, dedication, and commitment to student-athletes make a lasting impact across our community.

Coach Kathy Jenkins was named both the VISAA Division I Girls Lacrosse Coach of the Year and the Alexandria Sportsman’s Club Coach of the Year. In her 50th season leading Saints lacrosse, Coach Jenkins surpassed 900 career victories while guiding the Saints to ISL and VISAA championships and a top-10 national ranking.

We are grateful for the passion, excellence, and mentorship both coaches bring to Saints Athletics every day. Congratulations, Coach Taye and Coach Jenkins!
