Is your to-do list taking over your life?
📝 I have a fantastic tip for you that has helped me when my schedule seems crazy overwhelming.
It’s the Eisenhower Matrix… your new best friend for task management! 📋
🔑Here's how you use it:
1️⃣ Write down everything on your to-do list.
2️⃣ Label each task as Urgent or Not Urgent.
Tip: If something makes you feel stressed & rushed, it’s probably urgent. 🕒💨
Then, label these tasks AGAIN, as either Important or Not Important.
Important tasks contribute to your long-term goals and well-being. But watch out — if ignored, they become urgent! ⏳
3️⃣ Now, map each task onto this matrix:
•Urgent/Important
•Urgent/Not Important
•Important/Not Urgent
•Not Important/Not Urgent
Check out the graphic for your marching orders (Do, Schedule, Delegate, and Delete).
Tackle your tasks according to the matrix, and watch your life transform! 🎉
Over time you’ll have fewer “urgent” items. That’s because you’re being more proactive and less reactive.

🍜 Brace yourself for a flavor explosion with this Cup O'Chicken Curry Noodles recipe!
This recipe not only tastes incredible but also works perfectly for meal prep.
Make several in mason jars ahead of time, store them in your fridge, and heat when you're ready to eat.
Cup O’Chicken Curry Noodles
(Serves 1)
2 Tbsp low-sodium chicken broth
1-2 tsp red curry paste (to taste)
2 Tbsp coconut milk (from can, not carton)
1 cup (100 g) frozen stir-fry veggies
3 oz (85 g) cooked chicken breast, diced or sliced
¾ cup (90 g) spiralized zucchini noodles
(Optional) Extra chicken broth or water, as needed
Mix the broth, curry paste, and coconut milk in a large soup bowl.
Add the veggies, chicken, and zucchini noodles and microwave for 1 minute. Stir, and add more water (or chicken broth) to achieve your perfect level of "soupiness."
Heat again in the microwave for 2-3 minutes until piping hot. Let stand for a minute or two, stir, and dig in!
SO. TASTY. 🤤
And remember, it's okay to experiment with the spice levels. Everyone has different preferences, so make this recipe your own!
