Your Blissful Journey

Your Blissful Journey We are women conquering pain.

I empower women to tap into their inner resources and personal field to release their pain and safeguard their vitality by using and teaching the Energy Harmony Protocol ™ Most of us are mothers and caregivers who realize that when we care for ourselves, we can love more fully- love family, work, friends, and LIFE! Here you will discover the three pillars of pain management: mental, physical, and

emotional, and how vital the three in balance are to living your pain-free life. Join us if pain is coming between you and those you love, your ability to show up for work physically or mentally or a night of deep sleep is a distant memory. You have tried many things, and nothing is giving you lasting relief, or you read about the holistic approach to living your best life, and you feel it is the best path for you. If you discover what you learn on this page is helpful and want more, DM me so we can talk about your struggles and, if you are interested, how I can help you.

Have you ever looked at your life and thought, There’s nothing really wrong… so why do I feel like something’s missing?

Maybe you’ve spent years being the one who shows up, keeps things moving, takes care of people, makes the sensible choice, and figures things out.

You’ve built a good life. Maybe even a life you’re deeply grateful for.

And still, there can be this quiet feeling underneath it all:

Where am I in all of this?

It’s so easy to become good at doing what needs to be done that you stop noticing how often you’re setting aside what you feel, what you know, and what you want.

Not in one big dramatic way.

Just a little at a time.

That’s what this week’s article, When Success Starts Costing You Yourself, is really about.

Not changing everything.

Just noticing whether you’re still part of the life you’ve worked so hard to create.

Are you open to receiving what you say you want?

We talk a lot about manifesting what we want—more joy, more ease, more love, more opportunity, more abundance.

But there’s another side of manifesting we don’t talk about nearly as much.

Receiving.

Sometimes what we’ve been asking for is already beginning to show up…

An invitation.
An unexpected opportunity.
Someone offering to help.
An idea that seems to come out of nowhere.

And sometimes, without even realizing it, we push it away.

No, I’m fine.
That probably won’t work.
I shouldn’t need help.
That feels too easy.

What if part of the art of manifesting is learning to recognize abundance when it arrives—and allowing ourselves to receive it?

I’m going to be talking much more about this soon as I begin opening up The Art of Manifesting.

For now, just notice:

Where is life offering you something right now… and are you letting it in? ☀️

After spending this month talking about listening to yourself, understanding your energy, and becoming more intentional about where you place it, I realized I didn’t want to end by giving you one more thing to think about.

We do enough thinking. 😊

So I have something different for you.

This week I led a Female Grounding meditation in Energy Mastery Collective, and afterward I kept thinking about how beautifully it fit with everything we’ve been exploring.

It’s a quiet return to your body and that deep creative center within you—a chance to release some of what you’ve been carrying and settle back into yourself without needing to figure anything out.

No homework. No grand intention. You do not need to emerge knowing your life purpose.

Just listen.

And afterward, maybe notice what feels a little lighter…or what feels a little more alive.

I don’t think we create our lives only through the big decisions.

I think we’re creating them all the time.

With what we keep making room for. What we keep coming back to. What gets our attention. What we tell ourselves we’ll get to someday…and, annoyingly enough, somehow never do.

Over time, those little choices begin adding up to a life.

I actually find that reassuring, because it means we don’t have to know exactly where we’re going before we start listening to ourselves.

Sometimes all we know is that something no longer fits.

And sometimes all we know is that something else makes us feel a little more alive.

That may be enough information for today.

Is there something you keep coming back to lately—even if you have absolutely no idea why?

You can be doing well and still feel far away from yourself.

That’s the strange part.

Nothing has to be falling apart.

You can be showing up.
Getting things done.
Taking care of everyone.
Keeping the business moving.

And still have this quiet sense that you’re not quite with yourself anymore.

Sometimes it shows up as exhaustion.
Sometimes as irritability.
Sometimes as a body that keeps asking for your attention.
Sometimes it’s simply the feeling that you’ve been living from the outside in.

I think a lot of capable women miss this because they’re still functioning.

That’s exactly what I’ll be talking about at the Biz/Life Harmony Success Summit on September 3rd.

Success Without Losing Yourself
How to Come Back to Yourself When Life Keeps Pulling You Away

Because the goal isn’t to walk away from the life you’ve built.

It’s to make sure you’re still there inside it.

Before your next difficult conversation, ask yourself:

What is my goal?

Is it to change their mind?
Keep the peace?
Avoid conflict?

Or could your goal simply be this:

Can I stay with myself even while I'm with someone else?

That one question has changed the way I approach difficult conversations. I hope it serves you, too.

It’s funny how rarely the choices that change our lives actually look important at the time.

Sometimes it’s a conversation you keep thinking about. An idea you can’t quite let go of. Something you suddenly want to learn more about. Or even the realization that you want more quiet, more creativity, more time outside, more of whatever makes you feel a little more like yourself.

We tend to think we’re supposed to know what these things mean before we follow them.

I’m not so sure.

Looking back, some of the little sparks I followed mattered far more than I understood at the time. I didn’t have a plan for them. I just kept noticing that something in me came alive around them.

Maybe instead of asking, Where is this going? we can ask something gentler:

What happens if I give this a little room?

That’s what I’m writing about this week as we finish our month of exploring our energy—not just how to protect it, but how the places we choose to put it quietly begin shaping our lives.

I’ve been thinking about how quietly we create our lives.

Not only through the big decisions, but through what we keep giving our attention to…the things that leave us feeling more like ourselves, and those little sparks we keep coming back to without always knowing why.

This week’s essay is probably my favorite of our August conversation so far:
Your Energy Is Already Creating Your Life.

And there’s a little gift waiting for you inside, too. ❤️

Have you ever noticed how much energy it can take just to manage being around certain people or situations?

You prepare yourself before you go.
You watch how much you say.
You give yourself time to recover afterward.

And sometimes a boundary is exactly what you need.

But lately I’ve been wondering about the next question:

What if all that managing is trying to tell you something?

Maybe the deeper work isn’t always figuring out how to protect yourself better. Maybe it’s becoming more rooted in yourself—and more curious about what leaves you feeling like you...and what doesn’t.

That’s where this week’s essay took me:

What If You Didn’t Need So Many Boundaries?

If you’ve ever wondered where caring ends and carrying begins, I think this one may speak to you.
