Yesterday, HumRRO welcomed Dr. Surina He, the 2025 recipient of the HumRRO Fellowship in Educational Measurement and Evaluation, to our Alexandria, Virginia, headquarters. As part of her HumRRO fellowship, Surina presented her research, "A Process-Based Analytical Framework for Assessing Individual and Group Collaboration and Problem-Solving Skills in Multi-Person Collaborative Tasks,” to staff.

🥳 Join us in congratulating Serena for defending her dissertation and graduating with a Ph.D. in Measurement, Evaluation, and Data Science (MEDS) program from the University of Alberta! We wish her the best of luck in her new position as Assistant Professor of Learning Sciences and Assessment (LSA) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Dr. Tracey Hembry Brings Deep Psychometric and Education BD Expertise to HumRRO 04/20/2026

We are excited to welcome Tracey Hembry, Ph.D., to HumRRO as Business Development Director, Education, effective immediately. In this role, Dr. Hembry will lead HumRRO’s education-focused business development efforts—strengthening partnerships and identifying, shaping, and pursuing new opportunities that advance educational measurement programs. She brings to HumRRO deep psychometric and education expertise as well as BD experience.

HumRRO CEO Suzanne Tsacoumis, an alumna of UGA I-O Psychology doctoral program, met with current students following her seminar, “I-O Psychology in Practice,” last month in Athens. Dr. Tsacoumis shared her experience as a scientist practitioner, highlighting HumRRO case studies and offering career advice. She also spoke to a class of undergraduate psychology students about pursuing I-O psychology as a rewarding career path.
