The Change Navigator Collaborator Program has announced six grants awarded to collaborative community projects throughout North Dakota and South Dakota. Led by alumni of the Change Network program, these dynamic projects bring together artists, entrepreneurs, healthcare advocates, veterans’ organizations, Tribal leaders, and community builders to address challenges through creativity, systems thinking, and collaboration.
Each project received up to $10,000 to support community-driven work focused on belonging, healing, accessibility, veteran well-being, and cross-community partnership.
Join us in celebrating these inspiring change navigators working to build more inclusive communities.
