This is a crossfit style competition that will test all areas of your fitness. We will feature a swim portion, so bring a change of clothes!!
A friendly local Fitness Competition located at Kincaid Lake/beach just outside Alexandria LA. Rain or shine it's going down for real!!
2 Person teams working together to complete 4 separate workouts. There will be 2 Divisions:
