This is made possible through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP); a federal program that allows high-need districts to provide free meals to all students without requiring individual applications.

We're grateful to our Director of Food & Nutrition Services, Ms. Erma Davis, and her team for their hard work in securing our CEP status for this year!

On June 27, District 55 voters will decide on three school funding renewals supporting Poland Junior High.

✅ These are renewals, not new taxes.

Together they keep current funding in place for facility upkeep, classroom materials, day-to-day needs, and the salaries and operations of the Meat Processing Center at Poland Jr. High.

This is a renewal, not a new tax.

Here's what this measure supports:
🚌 Fuel for our buses
💡 Utilities at every school
👩‍🏫 Salaries for the teachers and staff who serve our students
🏥 Hospitalization and insurance costs for our employees
🔧 Day-to-day building maintenance and facility needs

These are the everyday essentials that keep more than 21,000 students learning across our 42 schools. Renewing this measure keeps our current level of support in place. Nothing new is added to what our community already pays.
