After months of hard work, creativity, teamwork, and determination, Clermont’s Odyssey of the Mind Team Eagle is officially competing today at the World Finals at Iowa State University! 🎉

We are incredibly proud of these students for everything they’ve accomplished on their journey to Worlds. No matter the outcome, they’ve already represented Clermont Elementary School with imagination, perseverance, and heart.

Our Eco Eagles Adopt-the-Garden program is looking for families and community members willing to help with watering, light maintenance, and/or mowing during the summer months. Flexible sign-ups are available, so you can choose what works best for your schedule! 🌻💧

Asking for Volunteers for Clermont’s True Book Fair.

Volunteers are needed for our fourth annual True Book Fair on June 10th! Much help is needed on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 9th for setting up for a successful fair for our students. We can also use help on the morning of Thursday, June 11th to pack up the fair.

The Clermont PTA still has critical board positions open for next year, including Treasurer and VP of Enrichment.

Without a Treasurer, the PTA cannot operate. Without a VP of Enrichment, beloved events like Family Heritage Night, Math Nights, and other enrichment activities are at risk of not happening next year.

You do not need experience — just a willingness to help and work with a supportive team. Help us continue the programs and events that make Clermont special for our kids!

🌎💙 Team Eagle Heads to the World Finals in Less Than 2 Weeks! 🦅

In just under two weeks, Clermont’s Odyssey of the Mind Team Eagle will travel to Iowa State University to compete in the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals!

These incredible students have spent months creating, problem-solving, building, practicing, and working together to earn their place on the world stage. We are so proud of their hard work, creativity, and determination! 🎉

As they prepare for this amazing opportunity, we are still seeking direct donations to help offset travel, lodging, and competition expenses.

ATTENION RISING 7TH GRADERS, TWAIN COMMUNITY NIGHT IS TONIGHT!!!! The Mark Twain Middle School PTA looks forward to joining our Principal, Admin Team, Teachers and Staff in welcoming the greater Twain MS community to this annual family event. Twain Community Night is open to current and new students including rising 7th graders from our pyramid elementary schools. This is a fun evening for both students and parents to meet your future teachers, see the school and participate in fun activities. Stop by the PTA tables in the cafeteria to say Hello, participate in the raffle, enjoy our concession stand and grab fresh spirit wear!

🌿 Volunteers Needed for Courtyard Garden 🌿

We’re looking for 1–2 people to help maintain our courtyard garden!

🧤 Tasks: Weeding, trimming, light cleanup
📅 When: Third Monday of each month
⏰ Time: 4:30 PM (after school), about 1.5 hours
📍 Next session: Monday, May 18

No experience needed—just a willingness to help (and maybe enjoy pulling weeds 😊). Guidance provided!
