In partnership with the Douglas County Library, Douglas County Master Gardeners will be participating in a Seed Sowing Social on Thursday, April 9, 4 - 6:30 pm at the Library.

Check out FREE seeds from the Douglas County Library and get advice from experienced gardeners from the Douglas County Master Gardeners on how to get started with your seeds. This event is free and open to everyone who would like to attend, no registration needed!

Thank you to everyone who attended Beyond the Backyard held today! The event drew a good crowd for a cold, windy day.️ The speakers delivered outstanding presentations, covering a range of topics. It was a fun day talking about gardening and exploring new ideas.

Pre-registration for Beyond the Backdoor is still live, now through January 16th! Hope to see you all there, the speakers are going to be amazing and the vendors will be wonderful!

Master Gardeners do more than just garden. We educate others on the importance of clean water, teach people how to support healthy pollinator populations, and work to create accessible green spaces, among other values and topics.
