Allied Health, Nursing, and Kinesiology teamed up to host our annual mini Health Fair in Mulder.

Events included:

- Physical Fitness Tests
- How much radiation is in the food we eat.
- Blood pressure and glucose checks
- dental hygiene care

Our first LSUOnline BS in MLS alumni, and faculty, is Mrs. Jennifer DuPont.

Faculty Spotlight: Jennifer Dupont and the Online BS in Medical Laboratory Science Jennifer Dupont went from online student to instructor at LSUA and now helps future lab professionals thrive in the BS in Medical Laboratory Science program.

Congrats to all students for being nominated or presented awards at the Honors Ceremony this evening.

Awesome weekend!!! The LSRT hosted its Midwinter Seminar at LSUA. The event hosted 270+ participants. Thanks to our amazing LSUA faculty for presenting: Alisha Evans Trisler, Elizabeth Azua, Sona Kumar, and Amie Starks..Makers Space for the awesome Speaker gifts, the library for printing the programs, the cafeteria, and facility services. Always a great day to a part of A.

Our LSUA MLT students are attending the LSCLS/ASCLS-MS 2026 Bi-State Laboratory Conference in Biloxi, MS!

They will compete in the Student Bowl, meet laboratory professionals from across the region, and get a real look at career opportunities in the clinical lab.

Experiences like this help connect classroom learning to the profession—and we’re proud of these students for stepping outside the classroom and representing the program so well!
