To all students, faculty, and staff returning to Monday, August 22, welcome to the 2022-23 school year! May it be filled with learning, joy, discovery, and creativity. As we say in the theatre, “Break a Leg!”

Tonight: the Cappies gala returns to the Kennedy Center to celebrate high school theater in our region.

As we send students off for summer break soon, here’s a glimpse of what’s ticking in their delightfully creative and dramatic heads (for fun).

Today we celebrate and send off the Class of 2022. Congratulations to all the Edison Eagles about to soar.

As we close out this school year, we look forward to 2022-23. Stay tuned for more information about our shows for next year!

Just a small representation of the class of 2022 members I call “theatre kids.” This is their last full day. What a great group!

From rehearsals to performances and glimpses behind the scenes, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING was a delightful adventure with Shakespeare.

We are proud of our Edison Theatre students on their successful 4 performance run of Shakespeare’s MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, in both the courtyard and Blackbox. Even with two contrasting venues, the cast and crew brought the Shakespearean comedy to life with passion and a sense of fun. As we prepare to bid farewell to a very unusual school year, a few weeks ago we celebrated with our first in person event, the return of our annual Thespies - honoring the students in our theatre department. Thanks to our volunteer photographer Mrs. Madamba for the photos. We look forward to a summer break and (fingers crossed) a return to more normal conditions.
